time to enjoy the dazzling views of lakes and mountains and explore the gardens and villas at your leisure. You may also take advantage of our optional excursions which include a boat trip to the famous Borromeo Islands
of Isola Bella and Isola Madre; a full day excursion which visits Villa Bagatti-Valsecchi, perched high above Lake Como, and the elegant lakeside resort of Lugano, with its glorious views towards the Alps. Our third excursion takes us to the Villa Pizzo on the west shore of Lake Como, a glorious garden site with shady walks and views of the lake, and the Villa Olmo in Como, with its wide green spaces and neoclassical temple.
